Nunu and Willump also gain totalshieldamount Shield for the duration before decaying over shielddecayduration seconds afterwards.
When the blizzard ends, it detonates, dealing up to maximumdamage magic damage based on channel time. Nunu and Willump can Recast to end the blizzard early.
