Go to Applications and Websites
Select Coin Master
Click on Delete so that your Facebook account is no longer linked to your game
When the next game starts, you will be asked if you want to log in. Decline to join as a guest

To reactivate the normal mode, you just have to connect with your Facebook account. Ghost mode is now disabled.
